I am delighted to be leading the partnership between the Cardinal Hume Academies Trust and the Salvatorian College Academy. This school is reputed for providing an excellent education for boys, and we were pleased to be rated a ‘Good’ school in all categories by Ofsted in February 2017. To build on this tradition, over £25m is being invested in a brand-new school building with exceptional facilities, fit for the twenty-first century, whilst providing room to expand our intake. Year 7 pupils joining us in September 2019 (those who are currently in Year 6) will be the first to benefit from what will be the most modern, well-equipped Catholic school in London; whilst we wait, our Key Stage 3 students are housed in buildings adapted to provide a first-class learning environment adjacent to Priestmead Primary School.
The Governors and I are determined to ensure that all pupils have the opportunities they need to achieve and excel within a disciplined learning environment. The care, guidance, and encouragement offered at Salvatorian College by our committed, outstanding teachers, engenders an ethos that will allow your son to develop his talents and bring him fulfilment and happiness. We stretch our most able and support those with special educational needs. We believe passionately in the importance of recognising every pupil as a unique individual, with their own gifts and talents, who can make a contribution and positive difference to our thriving school community, and to the wider world.
