The Women’s Wellbeing Club is a peer to peer community support group run for women by volunteers. Our meetings start at between 6pm and 7pm at various venues – please check your local venue for start time each session lasts for 2 hours. Meetings are facilitated by one of our volunteer facilitators. There is a format for the meeting where everyone has the opportunity to be heard and listened to if they have something they wish to share in response to the questions asked that week.

At our clubs, there’s no pressure to share or talk: Whether you want to just come along for a cup of tea and company, or whether you need to talk to likeminded women in a safe environment, our aim is to build a powerful network of support for you whenever you need it.
