Summer Training: Nipper training takes place every Sunday at 10am, meet at the clubhouse, BRING YOUR WETSUIT! Over the course of the summer season the nippers will develop a good knowledge of the sea, its hazards as well as staying safe in it, as well as starting to develop a knowledge of rescue techniques and Winter Training: Pool Training every thursday at Cofton Holiday Parks Indoor swimming complex, Starts at 7:00pm
